HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY SHIRT?

Wash your t-shirt on a cool setting, with the shirt inside out. Dry on a low setting or air dry. 

HOW ARE THE SHIRTS SIZED?

The t-shirts are unisex sizing. If you are looking for an oversized fit, we recommend going up 1-2 sizes.

 DO YOU DO RESTOCKS?

Yes, because we are a small business, we will have a small inventory at a time. If an item is out of stock, look out for a restock. Please note that not all items will have restocks, for up to date information, check our instagram @personalhypegirl

SHIPPING 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently only ship within the United States.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number directly to your email.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

On average it takes us 1-3 days to process and ship out orders! We appreciate your patience. Please email us at personalhypegirl@gmail.com with any questions or concerns

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST? 

Once we ship out your order, we are no longer able to help you with your lost package. Please check your tracking number and reach out to your local USPS for more information. 

RETURNS AND CANCELATIONS

CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

Because this is a small business and most items are made to order, we do not offer cancelations returns, or exchanges. once, your order is placed it is final. If you have concerns about the fit please review our size guide before your order is placed, or reach out to personalhypegirl@gmail.com

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED? 

We take pride in having superb quality control as small business. If something has gone wrong, we want to make it right! Please send us an email to personalhypegirl@gmail.com with the order number, product name, and description of the damage with clear photos.
