Personal Hype Girl is currently only offering shipping within the United States. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email to track your order.

Returns and Cancelations

We do not offer returns, cancelations, or exchanges. We are are small business with merchandise that is made to order, so unfortunately we can not offer this service at this time. If you have concerns about the fit please review our size guide before your order is placed, or reach out to personalhypegirl@gmail.com. If you have an issue with your order please email us at personalhypegirl@gmail.com and we be more than happy to resolve the problem. 

Re-shipping

in instances where the customer inputs an incorrect or insufficient address and the package gets returned to the sender, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the package to be resent.
